Gar Jacobs, President
As the founder of Oxford, Gar Jacobs has been a transition specialist and consultant specializing in business valuations, business acquisitions and divestitures, and related fields. He has owned, managed and ultimately sold three other successful businesses. His first hand experience has given Mr. Jacobs a keen understanding of market value dynamics from both the buyer and seller’s perspective. He holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Western Michigan University and attended graduate school at UCLA. Mr. Jacobs holds a broker's license issued by the California Department of Real Estate, and is a member of the Society of Certified Business Opportunity Appraisers.

Lynn Jordon, Managing Director
Thirty plus years experience in executive management positions with General Foods, E & J Gallo, Phillip Morris and Nakano Foods among others. Held positions in sales and marketing and general management as Director of Marketing, Vice President of Sales, and Marketing, COO and CEO. President/CEO of Oregon Freeze Dry Foods, COO of Gregg Foods, and COO of Unz and Co., a consulting and training company. Also Senior VP Operations and Sales and VP Sales and Marketing in the Neutraceutical industry. Most recently President/CEO of a mortgage services company. Served in the armed services as an officer. Graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Business and from The University of Chicago with an MBA.

Art Legros, Vice President
Art Legros has over 35 years of business experience with 23 years in the business and sales sectors of the computer industry, dealing with data communication, process control, transaction processing and technology licensing in commercial and government space and defense applications. As a business owner, he founded, operated, and sold two successful businesses dealing with manufacturing and system integration in the industrial and environmental engineering fields, as well as real estate and business services. He is now involved in Mergers & Acquisitions with a focus on the trucking, warehousing and logistics industry. Art holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.
